Do you have the same menu everyday?

We have a very large menu. Some items are available every day. Other items rotate on and off the menu. The menu is subject to change at any given point depending on availability of ingredients so please give us a call at 278-1336 and we can help you out with what you’re looking for.

When do you have salmon on the buffet?

We serve Salmon every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We also have a freshly made Salmon Salad with Mango and Cranberry that we do every day on the buffet.

When do you have Oxtail on the buffet?

We serve Oxtail every Wednesday and Friday.

When do you do your Meat Loaf?

We do our Meat Loaf on Tuesdays and Saturdays on the Buffet and you could also pre-order for a Half or a Full Pan for any other day of the week.

When do you have warm Apple Crumble on the Buffet?

Every Wednesday and Friday.

When do you have Fish Cakes?

We have Fish Cakes every Monday, Friday and Saturday.

When do you do Cod Fish and Potatoes?

We do Cod Fish and Potatoes every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What is the Price of your Buffet?

Our Buffet is $11.45 per pound in which we offer a great selection of Starches, Vegetables and Proteins. Our Soups are $6.50 for 16oz and Cereals are $4.50 for 16oz. We also offer a wide selection of Pastries and Hot Bakery goodies.

Do you take special requests?

Yes. Please speak with one of our chefs, or you can send your request to us via the form at the bottom of this page. Select "Menu Suggestion / Request" as the topic. We enjoy hearing from you!

Who makes your Fish Cakes?

Freddies is staffed by a highly skilled team. Our Fish Cakes are made by our cooks and chefs using recipes passed down through Bermudian families over generations.

Do I need to add anything to the Oatmeal, Cornmeal, or Cream of Wheat?

All of our hot cereals on the buffet are fully prepared and ready to go. Choose your quantity and enjoy.

What types of Empanadas do you have? Which one is good?

We offer Honey and Ginger Chicken Empanadas, Sausage and Black Olive Empanadas, Spinach and Mushroom Empanada, Chicken Tikka Empanadas, and more. They all taste great!!

Is your Callaloo fresh or canned?

Our Callaloo is always fresh and even better, it is grown locally in Bermuda.

Is there a cut-off time to order?

All orders must be submitted THURSDAY at midnight for Sunday, or by TUESDAY at midnight for Thursday.

Can I order ahead?

Yes, Order anytime. During checkout, you can select the day for delivery.

When do i get my meals?

We offer both home delivery and pick up at Freddie’s. Home Delivery is available Sunday and Thursday island-wide. We store your pre-made meals for the week in insulated, refrigerated delivery boxes alongside ice packs to keep everything cool and fresh during transport. When you receive your food delivery box, simply place your ready-to-eat meals directly in the refrigerator. Whenever you feel peckish, all you have to do is heat and eat! The dishes will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 10 days after arrival.

Do you do Birthday Cakes?

Do you do Catering Orders?

Yes we do and we offer a wide selection of Comfort Food, Local Cuisine, Indian, Chinese dishes and more. You can see a few of our catering items on our Menu page. We have many more (too much to list)! Feel free to call, visit or email with your requests. We are happy to help!

Do you do slices of Pizza?

We may sometimes offer hot slices of pizza on the buffet, and we have Frozen Pizzas that you can take home, put It in the oven and enjoy a freshly baked pizza.
